To decrypt the credit card details of a reservation you need two keys:
1. The unique key of the Hotel that is produced once by the system at the setup process (6 digits): xxxxxxx
2. The key of the specific reservation (4 digits). This can be found in the reservation notification email (not the fax), as shown in the following example

So, the total key consists of 10 digits (first 6 digits is the hotel key and the last 4 digits is the reservation key).

The whole procedure is done automatically from the reservation email you receive as follows:
 1. At the Reservation email you receive, at the end of the RESERVATION INFORMATION section, you can find the reservation Key and just in the following line a link “click to view reservation details (login to backoffice first)”.
2. Click on the link. Before you click on the link, make sure that you have logged in to the backend. If not, when you click on the link you directed to the login page of Bookonlinenow extranet.
 3. After you click the link, you are re-directed to the Bookonlinenow extranet and a popup window of the specific reservation is displayed. Go to the Billing tab.
If you use the whole procedure for first time
 In the field Key, add the two keys, first the Hotel key (6 digits) and then the reservation Key (4 sigits) without any gaps or spaces. 

Click Decrypt, go again to Billing tab and you see the credit card details.
 

The 6 characters hotel key is stored in a secure cookie that never expires after a successful decryption. 

This means than for the cookie to be stored at least one reservation should be successfully decrypted.
 

When you follow the same procedure for the next reservations, the only thing that you have to do is to press the Decrypt button.
If you use the whole procedure for next reservations
 The popup window has all the key details and you just have to click Decrypt, go again to Billing tab and you see the credit card details.

1. Go to Reservations, find your reservation and click on its reservation ID (ex. RES39212R289).
 2. Go to tab Billing to see the credit card details
 3. In the field Key, add the two codes, first the Hotel key and then the reservation Key without gaps (totally 10 digits).
 4. Click Decrypt, go again to Billing and you see the cc details.

 If you have done something wrong you receive an error message 

  In that case rewrite the 10 digits key and press Decrypt. If the error message still exists, please contact us. (support@bookonlinenow.net)
