Option 1 (Using the Reservation Notification Email)
The client receives a Reservation Notification email when a new reservation is made.
Within the email there is the Reservation ID as a Link.
The client has to click on the Link in order to be redirected to the online section where they can Cancel/Modify their reservation or Update their cc details or make an online payment.
Option 2 (Using the MODIFY/CANCEL in Front-end)
The client receives a Reservation Notification email when a new reservation is made. The client goes to the hotel booking engine, in the footer, and click on MODIFY/CANCEL link
The client has to edit his email and Reservation ID
The clients are redirected to the online section where they can Cancel/Modify their reservation or Update their cc details or make an online payment.
Option 3 (Using the MEMBER LOGIN in Front-end)
The client can use the username and password credentials to login at MEMBER LOGIN section of the front-end booking engine. The guest can find his credentials at the Registration email he received.
As soon as the client logins to MEMBER LOGIN, he can click on Reservations and see all valid reservations. Then the client can choose which reservation he wants to Cancel/Modify or Update his cc details.
