Where and how can I configure the Payment Confirmation email send to my clients? Print

Payment Confirmation email

You can configure the format and contents of the Payment Confirmation email from:

Management –> Mail Settings -> Payment Confirmation

In the Payment Confirmation email you can use the following tags:

[salutation] [name] tags to retrieve the Salutation and Lastname of the guest

[paymentDetails] includes information about the payment such as total amount paid, transaction id, number of instalments, credit card type.

Tags are system parameters and you should never delete, rename or translate them.
