A user needs to have the granted access to have the ability to cancel/ reject any reservation manually from the extranet of the booking engine.

If your access level is not allowing this process you need to contact support@bookonlinenow.net


Rejection/Cancellation process:

Find the reservation either in Dashboard section ( here we display only the reservations of the last 30 days) OR in the main Reservations section.

Click on the ResNumber.

In the popup window appearing , if you have the permission to cancel/ reject , you will see a RED button named Reject reservation. 

Enter a cancellation reason ( this is just an internal for hotel view only reason) and press Reject reservation Button .

If the reservation is a No Show , just before pressing rejection ,click the No show tick box.


When clicking the Reject button .next screen allows you to send the cancellation / rejection email to the client.Having to share extra information ,you are able to write within the voucher box any message of your desire.
